Directions for Cooking

  1.  Wash and drain once or   twice.
  2.  Pour 2.5 cups of water for every 1 cup of corn grits.  Soak for 15 minutes before cooking.
  3.  Cook in medium heat, once boiling, set to low and stir occasionally.
  4. Finish on very low heat.

Note:  Corn grits may also be mixed with other rice varieties.
